Riga Waterfront project to take the next step: renovation of Riga’s historic power plant in Andrejsala. This is the story of respect and care for the industrial heritage.
Wisely renovated building will include lively restaurants and cafes, unseen shops, play and recreational areas, public areas and promenade that will be organically blended with the Daugava’s waterfront landscape.
It is a tribute to Riga and, at the same time, a place that becomes a natural latest stage of Riga development and part of the city center.

We renew it with respect for history. The authentic historical elements will be preserved during the restoration process so that the building does not lose its cultural and historical value.
